Alternatively, for luxury and expensive options. . . always set (brand) names in the example, the market – Lakme, Madonna, Shehnaz Hussain with a chain of hair salons / screens around Delhi.
Id be happy to suggest some. . . If you travel to South Delhi next. . you can try this place called ‘BENISON’ or ‘a Tips n Toes “.. theres even a’ Dolls Den ‘. quiant These are small stores in a manner of speaking when the lady of the house usually runs the place next with a pair of helpers. The skill lies in the hand.. usually the top.. women are the most experienced experts in the threads.. just my opinion.
when I was in Delhi I tried this and no rooms were all so good for shaping eyebrows, so do not mind paying a few rupees more for the best result. Anyway, if you have a good cheap place to suggest please share with me the next time in Delhi I will go there

In beauty salons expensive insurance. . but the small rooms in the corners a much lower cost in more than 20 rupees to the eyebrows and upper lips. Never in my life I’ve paid more than ever. ! Never had to. And I’m born and raised in South Delhi. !
